Personal information collected on this website is not disclosed to any third parties, with the exception of New Zealand post for delivery purposes. We will protect personal information that is held by us from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration.

SHIPPING

Hop Stuff only sends items within Aotearoa/New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping due to customs restrictions around untreated wood and natural materials.

Free postage is available on orders over $60.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Hop Stuff abides by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 in regards to faulty items.  

If you are unhappy with your purchase or believe an item we have sent you may be faulty, please contact us at . You can exchange your purchase for another item of similar value or we will arrange a full refund.
